Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive. Used products will not be accepted for return, even if the withdrawal period of fourteen days has not yet expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from them, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of the withdrawal from the contract.
