Scope of Application
These terms and conditions govern the use of the online shop Cricstore and the sale of cricket products.
Products
The Cricket Store offers a wide range of cricket products, including cricket bats, shoes, pads, helmets, balls, and accessories. All products are new and unused.
Ordering and Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. A contract is concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation. Cricstore reserves the right to reject or cancel orders without stating reasons.
Prices and Payment
Prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include the statutory value-added tax. Payments can be made via PayPal or cash on collection.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made within 1 to 2 weeks after the order has been placed, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are communicated to the customer before completing the order.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Cricstore of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defect or damage to the product.
Warranty and Liability
Cricstore guarantees that the delivered products are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. The liability of Cricstore is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless it concerns damages to life, body, or health.
Data Protection
Cricstore collects, processes, and uses personal data of customers only within the scope of the legal provisions on data protection.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Cricstore reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner and will take effect 14 days after notification, unless the customer objects.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
For disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and the contract, German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of Cricstore.
